Happy Halloween!

Hope everyone has a safe and Happy Halloween!!  I colored my Inkadinkado image with Copic markers.  My designer paper is from Seasonal by Cloud 9 Design.  I used the Lacey Nestability, added black satin and purple organza polka dot ribbons.  My finishing touches are purple/black pearls and orange organza bow with Boo button.

Halloween Rosey

Here is an adorable image "Halloween Rosey" by Fred, She Said.  You can get this in pre-coloured or digi set.  I colored my image with Copic markers.  My designer paper is from Hobby Lobby.  My Nestability is Square Fleur de Lis.  Next, I added orange buttons with black floss.   The ribbon and bow are made from orange/black polka dot grosgain.  My finishing touches are purple rick rack and purple pearls.

Meljen's Design Challenge #82 - Christmas

I created this card using "Gift Bow Christmas Fairy" and my sentiment is "Magical Christmas Word Art" is a freebie by Meljen's Design.  Check out the store for the latest release.  This week's challenge is Christmas.

I colored my image with Copic markers.  My designer paper is "Winter Time" by Echo Park Paper Co.  The Nestability is the Lacey Scallop and Classic Circles.  My finishing touches are red pearls and glitter.

Belli Challenge #129 - 1234 Recipe

Here is a fun challenge using 1234 Recipe, which means any combination such as 1-designer paper, 2-punches, 3-bows, 4-pearls.  Whatever works for you, mix it up a bit and join us on the Belli Challenge this week.

I used "Trick or Treat" set from JustRite Stampers.  I colored my pumpkin witch with Copic markers.  My 1234 recipe is as follows: 1- designer paper, 2-spider brads, 3-colors (orange, black, green) and 4-spider web punched corners.  I also added for fun the Spider Web trim by MS.  My finishing touches are orange pearls and a white/black spider ribbon.

Emma The Cat

Here is a fun creation using "Emma The Cat" by Fred, She Said.  I colored her with Copic markers.  My designer paper is Ghostly Greetings by K&Company.  My punch is Optic Dots by MS.  The sentiment comes with the digi set.  The finishing touches are two purple/black striped brads and a seam binding bow.

Pumpkin Bouquet

Here is my latest creation using "Pumpkin Bouquet" by Fred, She Said.  I colored my image with Copic markers.  My designer paper is from JoAnn Fabrics.  The  fancy swirls are from Marianne Design Creatables "Frame & Swirls" from gold glitter paper.  I used the Classic and Scalloped Circle Nestabilities.  My finishing touch is a yellow/orange bow.

Meljen's Design - Tantalizing Tuesday

Here is a project I created using "Mr. Bones" from last week's newest release by Meljen's Design.  I used a MS treat bag, then added designer paper.  Next I used the "Iron Fence" MS punch and glued to inside front.  I colored two images and my sentiment  with Copic markers.  Finally I filled with skulls/bones candy, then added an orange tulle bow.

Operation Write Home Fundraiser

*  Operation Write Home is a not-for-profit organization that collects and sends handmade greeting cards to American soldiers for their use in keeping touch with their families back home. They need to raise $13,000 to cover holiday shipping costs.

* Among other fundraisers going on at the same time, K 'n K Designs will be selling 7 new digi sets designed exclusively for this cause. These include 4 sets by Katlyn and 3 sets by DeeDee Anderson. Each "set" includes an image and some greetings, in both Jpeg an PNG file formats, all in a zip file.

* These sets are available for just $2 each, or in various value bundles (e.g. get them all for just $10!), with all proceeds (minus Paypal fees) donated to Operation Write Home.

* The sets can be purchased at the K 'n K blog (NOT their store) from October 17th thru noon November 1st.

Meljen's Design Challenge # 80 - Use A Ribbon

Time for a new release set and challenge.  This week on Meljen's Design Challenge you need to add a ribbon to your creation.  From the newest digis I used "Whacky Hat Cat" by Meljen's Design.  I colored my cat with Copic markers.  My designer paper is from Hobby Lobby.  I used the "Iron Gate" punch by MS.  My finishing touches are black rick rack and black grosgain bow.

Belli Challenge #128 - Flower Soft, Felt or Chunky Glitter

I used "Scarecrow Girl" from Karen's Doosdle.  I just love all her images, go over and see the latest images for Christmas.  The theme this week for the Belli Challenge is Flower Soft, Felt or Chunky Glitter.

I colored my scarecrow with Copic markers.  My designer paper is from my sister's craft room.  I used the Oval and Scalloped  Nestabilities.  My ribbon and bow is seam binding.  My finishing touches are two flower soft       (one for her hat and the second for the bow) and brown /yellow pearls.

Here is my latest creation for Fred, She Said using "Just Emma".  You can get this image as a pre-coloured set and as a Digi set.  I also used "Butterflies DoodleDallion Sheet".   I colored Emma and the butterflies with Copic markers.  My designer paper came from my sister's craft room.  My final touches pearls from Recollection.
