Flashback Friday - Meljen's Designs

Here is a card I created using "Teddy Cookie" from Meljen's Design over at Whimsy Stamps.  I made this creation for a challenge at PCP Meljen's Group using a bow.  I colored him with Copic markers.  My designer paper is Sugar and Spice by The Paper Studio.  My finishing touches are the bow and tan pearls.
