Tanatilizing Tuesday - Meljen's Design

Here is a card I created using "Birthday Cupcake" by Meljen's Design over at Whimsy Stamps.  I colored my cupcake with Copic markers.  I chose Neon colors for a previous challenge.  My designer paper is by My Mind's Eye.  My finishing touches are hot pink and black pearls.

    Robin - Gorgeous card girly! I like the pop of green against the pink! Love your little pearls on the edges too!
